    Co-Founder | As part of the leadership teams for Casa Venao, Kinetic Energy, and F45 Training Culver City over the last several years, my goal is to share breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle design as tools of unconditional love to create and inspire peace, love, and INpowerment. We will strive to thrive together as we help match your passion with a purpose to fuel your highest joy.
